Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

This page explains the main categories of information ViveSocial handles, how that information is used, and how to contact us about privacy-related questions.

Information we handle

  • Account details such as name, email address, username, profile settings, and sign-in data.
  • Content you create or upload, including posts, comments, images, videos, profile text, and related metadata.
  • Basic technical information such as browser type, device details, IP or network information, logs, and performance data.
  • Operational data related to moderation reports, abuse handling, and platform safety.

How the information is used

  • To create and maintain accounts and provide core platform functionality.
  • To display your content and profile information inside the product according to the product’s current features and settings.
  • To maintain platform security, detect abuse, investigate reports, and support moderation and enforcement.
  • To troubleshoot issues, measure performance, and improve the service over time.

Our privacy approach

ViveSocial is designed with a privacy-focused approach. We may use globally operated third-party cloud infrastructure to run the service, but we do not treat user data as something to sell outside platform operations.

How content and profile information may appear

Information you choose to publish on ViveSocial, such as posts, comments, usernames, display names, profile text, and media, may be visible to other users according to the way the relevant feature works at the time of use.

Third-party services

ViveSocial uses third-party infrastructure and service providers as part of the current product stack. These providers may process information for hosting, authentication, storage, media delivery, analytics, security, or operational support.

This may include global cloud and delivery providers such as Google services, Cloudflare, Cloudinary, and similar providers used to operate or improve the platform over time. Use of those services is part of how ViveSocial currently operates, and data may be processed through those systems as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal data to third parties outside the operation of ViveSocial and the services used to run it. Information may still be shared with infrastructure, hosting, delivery, analytics, security, or support providers when that is needed to operate, maintain, protect, or improve the platform.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to legal requests, enforce rules, investigate abuse, protect rights, or maintain platform security.

Retention

We may retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain security, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Different categories of data may be kept for different periods depending on their purpose.

Account deletion and remaining records

If an account is deleted or removed, some information may still be retained for fraud prevention, moderation history, abuse investigations, legal compliance, system backups, or technical recordkeeping where reasonably necessary.

Your requests

If you want to ask about account information, privacy concerns, or content related to your own information, contact us by email. We may ask for enough information to verify or understand the request before taking action.

Children and misuse

Accounts and content that violate platform rules, safety standards, or applicable law may be restricted, reviewed, or removed as part of abuse prevention and moderation.

International processing

Because ViveSocial uses global infrastructure and service providers, information may be processed or stored in more than one country depending on the services used to operate the platform.
