These terms explain the rules for using ViveSocial, including account responsibilities, posting rules, moderation, and platform access.
Using the service
By accessing or using ViveSocial, you agree to these terms and to comply with applicable law. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be old enough to use the service lawfully in your jurisdiction and to understand these terms.
- You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.
- You must provide reasonably accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You should keep your sign-in credentials secure and should not share access casually.
- You may not impersonate another person, brand, or organization in a misleading way.
- You may not create accounts for abuse, spam, evasion of restrictions, or deceptive activity.
Usernames, names, and identity
- Usernames and display names must not be chosen to mislead others about identity or affiliation.
- You may not use names that impersonate public figures, companies, or other users in a deceptive way.
- ViveSocial may ask users to change misleading profile names, handles, or profile details.
Content you post
- You are responsible for the posts, comments, images, videos, profile text, and other content you upload or share.
- You should only post content that you created or have the right to use and share.
- You may not post illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or clearly harmful content.
- You may not post malware, phishing material, deceptive promotions, or content intended to exploit other users.
- You may not use posts, comments, or messages to harass, threaten, spam, or deliberately disrupt other users.
Comments, interactions, and messaging
- Comments, replies, and messages should be used in a respectful and lawful manner.
- You may not use interaction features to harass, stalk, flood, or repeatedly target other users.
- You may not use engagement features in a manipulated, automated, or misleading way.
- We may limit or remove interactive features for accounts that misuse them.
Platform misuse and automated access
- You may not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to disrupt other systems.
- You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or automate access in a way that harms the service or violates applicable law.
- You may not attempt to bypass product restrictions, account restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
Moderation and enforcement
ViveSocial may review reports, investigate abuse, remove content, limit features, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts when platform rules are violated or when needed to protect users and the service.
- Enforcement may be based on user reports, internal review, technical abuse signals, or legal requests.
- Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
- We may retain limited records of enforcement actions for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting content to ViveSocial, you give us a limited non-exclusive right to host, display, process, and distribute that content inside the service as needed to operate the platform.
- You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- We may remove content or restrict accounts when valid rights complaints are received.
Account suspension, deletion, and appeals
We may warn, limit, suspend, or remove accounts when rules are violated, when abuse is detected, when safety or legal concerns arise, or when access to the service creates operational or security risk.
- Not every enforcement action will receive a warning first.
- Some restrictions may be temporary and some may be permanent depending on severity or repetition.
- Users may contact support or legal channels to ask about a moderation or account action, although restoration is not guaranteed.
Availability and changes
ViveSocial may change features, pause features, or experience downtime. The service is provided as it exists at the time you use it, and some features may change or be removed as the product evolves.
Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, rule violations, security issues, or legal reasons.
- Some records may be retained where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ViveSocial is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability of every feature, or that all user content will remain available at all times.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ViveSocial is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, user-generated content, or interactions with other users.
Governing use and legal compliance
Users are responsible for using ViveSocial in compliance with the laws that apply to them. We may take action on accounts, content, or access when required for platform safety, legal compliance, or rights enforcement.
